1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing fibrixllp.org, subscribing to our internet services, or purchasing networking hardware from Fibrix LLP ("Company", "we", "our", or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
2. Services Provided
Fibrix LLP provides the following services:
- Home Broadband (FTTH) internet connections
- Business / Enterprise leased line connectivity
- Wholesale bandwidth (MSO services) for cable operators and ISPs
- OTT subscription bundles
- Sale of networking hardware (routers, switches, OLT, ONU/ONT, fiber cables, patch cords, connectors, splitters, set-top boxes, etc.)
- Installation and technical support services
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to subscribe to our services or make purchases. By subscribing, you represent that you are legally competent to enter into binding agreements under Indian law. For broadband connections, valid identity and address proof may be required as per DoT (Department of Telecommunications) guidelines.
4. Subscriber Account
- Each subscriber will be assigned a unique Subscriber ID/username upon successful activation.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- You are responsible for all activities conducted through your account and internet connection.
- Notify us immediately at info@fibrixllp.org or +91 9933049907 if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.
5. Internet Service Terms
- Speed: Advertised speeds are "up to" speeds and may vary based on network conditions, distance from OLT, internal wiring quality, device capabilities, and external factors like server response times.
- Fair Usage Policy (FUP): Certain plans may include a Fair Usage Policy. After exceeding the FUP threshold, speeds may be reduced for the remainder of the billing cycle. Plans marked "Unlimited" provide unlimited data with no FUP unless stated otherwise.
- Service Availability: We aim for 99.9% uptime. However, service interruptions may occur due to maintenance, infrastructure upgrades, natural calamities, fiber cuts, power outages, or circumstances beyond our control.
- Prohibited Use: You agree not to use our internet service for any illegal, harmful, or unauthorised purpose, including but not limited to hacking, spamming, distributing malware, piracy, or any activity that violates applicable Indian laws.
- Shared Connection: Reselling or commercially redistributing your internet connection without written authorisation from Fibrix LLP is strictly prohibited.
6. Billing & Payments
- Broadband services are billed on a monthly, quarterly, or annual basis depending on the plan selected.
- Bills are due on the date specified. Failure to pay within the due date may result in service suspension.
- Reconnection after suspension due to non-payment may incur a reconnection fee.
- We accept payments via UPI, debit/credit card, net banking, and cash (at our office).
- Payment receipts will be sent to your registered email address.
7. Hardware Purchases
- Networking hardware is sold subject to availability.
- Product descriptions, specifications, and prices on our website are accurate to the best of our knowledge but may be subject to change.
- Hardware warranty is as per the manufacturer's warranty policy. Fibrix LLP acts as a reseller and does not provide independent hardware warranties unless explicitly stated.
- Returns and refunds for hardware are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
8. Installation & Equipment
- Installation of broadband equipment (ONT/ONU, router, fiber cable) will be performed by our authorised technicians.
- Any equipment provided by Fibrix LLP on loan (e.g., ONT device) remains the property of Fibrix LLP and must be returned in working condition upon disconnection.
- Damage to or loss of loaned equipment may result in charges as per the equipment value.
- The subscriber must provide safe and accessible space for equipment installation.
9. Service Disconnection & Termination
- You may request disconnection of your broadband service at any time by contacting us with a minimum of 7 days' notice.
- Fibrix LLP reserves the right to suspend or terminate service without notice in cases of non-payment, misuse, violation of these terms, or illegal activity.
- Upon disconnection, any outstanding balance must be settled, and loaned equipment must be returned.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on this website - including text, graphics, logos, images, and software - is the intellectual property of Fibrix LLP and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. Reproduction without written consent is prohibited.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fibrix LLP shall not be liable for:
- Any loss of data, revenue, or profits arising from service interruptions.
- Damage to subscriber equipment caused by power surges, lightning, or force majeure events.
- Content accessed or transmitted through our internet service.
- Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of our services.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Fibrix LLP, its partners, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in South 24 Parganas, West Bengal, India.
14. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions, service plans, pricing, and features at any time. Changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
